Windows always throws out those scary warnings. :) 

Yes, anything in the temp file can be safely deleted, BUT there are times, when some 
may still be in use, until the next time you reboot. An example is, if you've just 
installed a program. Anyway, don't clear out temps while you're online or your browser 
is still open.
