When I go to Add/Delete programs, I find that I have a ton of programs listed and at least half of them I don't know what they are or what they do. How do I go about figuring out what each thing is and if I need it on my computer? Also, now that I have Spybot S&D, do I need Adaware or StartStop on my computer? Thank you so much.
