this error msg only appears in 2 cases. 1- if your graphic card has not got the correct driver (software) installed. 2-Internet explorer is not functioning properly. in this case what you need to do is either re-install graphic card driver or repaire IE (if installed separatly) by going to control panel clicking on add/remove prog and double click on IE and select repair
