It happened around noon on Wednesday March 10, 2004 on two different machines using 2 different connections. It also placed 5 icons on my desktop including a Lycos search engine icon. I also ran Spybot. It cut down on the amount of popups but I still get them occassionally. It also places adds inside the browser at the top of the page. Any ideas how to relieve the problem?
