I have the same message appear frequently on my computer. Only it is related to
printing large files. I open the large file (over 1,000KB) and can succesfully print
it once. If I attempt to print it a second time, I will get the illegal operation
message. On my old computer, I actually had to restart the entire computer to print
a second copy. I bought a Pentium III computer hoping with more power to eliminate
the problem. Wrong! It still occassionally resurfaces when I work with large files,
but at least I only have to close the program and reopen it, and I am always smart
enough to save before attempting to print! What can I do to make it STOP that message?
Who should I call? Microsoft or the HP printer company? I don't understand all
the talk about a NIC video card- I'm not a techinician, could a computer repair
person fix this?
Thanks for any input!
