Then ran the .reg file. Then tried the CW-Shredder, still I have that variant Smartsearch.2 on my computer and still closes the CW-Shredder on me. And do the rest of the items in the running process necessarily have to be there, like for example that Program Files/INTERNET? I remember in the past I had my dial-up connection take over by a connection that called itself INTERNET(1) having downloaded itself on the computer.
