You don't need ICS when using a router, that's what the router does. Reload drivers
for NIC and Windows networking, Also check cables, and port on switch. Usually with
Win95/98 you have to actually share something. You should use strong passwords or
ACL's for second level security (assuming your router is providing a firewall).
