when you find youself at the A:> prompt then just type "fdisk" and enter.
It will take you at the partition table where you find the partion details.
First you will have to delete all the partitions and then you will have to make new
partition / partitions.
Then it will prompt you to restar your system.
Now when your system gets restarted you will again find yourself at the A:> prompt.
Here you will have to format all the drive you created newly.
e.g. if you want to format 'c' drive, then
type format c: /s - where s is for your "system"
Then it will again prompt you for rebooting your system.
In the new drive you can install the OS
