I have been plagued by this problem for months and have come across a solution that
enables you to dictate into Outlook 2002 with ViaVoice without the clipboard popping
up. If you set the message format to Plain Text the clipboard no longer "pops". You
can set all new messages to be Plain Text. If the clipboard does pop up (it seems
to if you use the corretion window) then the kill it three times method works. Hope
this helps.
