I found that for some settings, for example the one under tools > Internet options > privacy > advanced ... If I have it set to "overrided automatic cookie handling, and Ive checked "block" under third party cookies, it doesnt mean it will stay that way. I think when I get a new download from Microsoft, some defaults are returned to their old settings. I only learned this, today. Now if I could get that to stay put...
