Explorer Error Friday, April 30, 2004 at 10:09 pm Windows 98 Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Cecilia (7 messages posted) I am having explorer error which pop-up "Explorer Illegal Operation" then another pop-up says" Explorer Internal Error, close all programe and restart computer" when surfing the net. and sometime "Rundll32 Illegal Operation". Having problem upating windows too!! I have tried running "MSINFO32" to repair IE as some suggested in this web but I can't find "repair IE". Also IE was not found under "Control Panel/Add&Remove Software..
