If you would, select HELP on the Internet Explorer toolbar and then click ABOUT INTERNET EXPLORER. If you post the version listed in the window that appears, it will give us a better idea of what to suggest. Any Rundll32 errors can be associated with a Virus or Spyware. If you haven't checked the system for this possibility, try the free cleaning utilities below. Download and run CoolWebShredder.
