I have a question about I
get a 'File not found' message when I try to start any program:
I was in this predicament for several days experiencing plenty of frustration. I
even posted a message here a couple of days ago but I did not remember where.
In trying to find out that message today, I found the one I reference above with
the explanation of why it was happening as well as the suggestion to download "07-102.inf"
and install it. This was right on the money.
At this time I just want to thank the author for his extraordinary suggestion.
