I have been dealing with this problem for a few weeks now and finally came across
this message board. I can not thank you enough. I run a business from my computer
and thought I would have to shut down for a while until I could afford a new computer.
This has saved me a TON of time, hassle, and money. Thank you so, so much! Microsoft
should hire you since obviously their army of tech experts can't even help.
