What about F-Lock

I have a question about Force
NumLock to Behave:

I have a Microsoft brand multimedia keyboard with the F-Lock function, defaulted to off, which must be on in order to use the standard Function Keys (F1 - F12). I never use the alternative functions on those keys, and would love to have it default to on when I boot the computer. Will the above tip work for that as well? Is "FLock" the command name for the key? Thanks for a great site! -=TK
