Last night a window entitled Wtoolsa appeared after I had been online using Internet
Explorer and now it comes up every 10-20 seconds, no matter how many times I close
it. "Details" revealed "module kernel 32.dll", so I tried that in Internet Explorer
and found this site. Saw your repair suggestions, Ryan, and tried it, but when I
got to Remove I didn't see a Repair option and was afraid to remove my IE. Can you
clarify? I have windows 98 and have done the most recent updates for my computer.
Many thanks, Shelley
