hello ma'am, if you have a regedit.exe, go to the start menu and choose run option
then type regedit and hit enter key. look for this keys:
hkey_current_user\software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Control Panel
under control panel you must see a value name "HomePage" w/o the quotes with a value
of 1.
change the value 1 to 0 to unlock your internet address.
