Hello,
I wouldn't recommend removing the Win98 "Windows" folder from the command line. You
will delete your registry, so you will have to reinstall all your data, programs,
drivers... I'd use a Win98se upgrade CD and install it over the current Windows OS.
You will preserve all your data and settings this way. Good luck!
