I went to safe mode and clicked on enter step by step. When the question arose about
wanting to load /Norton~1/NAVAP.vxd I answered N. Completed process and machince
booted up fine. I too looked high and low on System.ini and Registry for any Symantic
remaining files and deleted - that did no good.
