Question about 'Customize Context Menus'

I downloaded and installed PrintFolders 1.4 from the PC World website. It placed an option on the Start button itself, i.e. when I right-click on the Start button I get a menu with Open, Explore, Find, and Use PrintFolders. I don't see any real use for this option at this point and would like to remove it. Stratopoint tells me it's impossible and makes reference to this being a "flaw of the Windows architecture". My thinking is that if it was possible to add it, it ought to be possible to remove it. Can anyone tell me how?
