JmC That was great! The problem is solved.
Thanks a million. I chose the first option. I used the Find feature for the NoFileMenu
and found the entry in the Right Panel. The value was "1" which I changed to "0".
On re-booting, I had the "File" Menu feature back - both in Internet and File Explorer.
I also checked for the Restrictions User Key under HKEY_CURRENT_USERS and also HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINES
but there were no File Menu Restrictions under the sw\policies\IE\Restrictions.
