Jeff , I have the same issue, if you go to settings- controll panel - add new hard
ware let this search for any devices you may have, you probably have the ( ! ) for
the P.C.I. card there. this means that the drivers are not insalled , or the wrong
drivers are installed, you will have to do what I have to do. Take the pci card out
of your C.P.U. and write down the make/model # and any other numbers that you find
on the card, re-install pci card and the cables. ( should have the hard drive connected
to it ). Then try and locate the manufacturer to get the correct drivers.
