Thanks for the help, all. I was having a problem with matcli on the taskbar causing
"Me" to hang on restart but not on start. I did a search and found matcli was part
of the Dell Resource Assistant. I followed the directions posted above Start/Run/msconfig/startup
and unchecked Dell Resource Assistant. Works fine now.
