uninstalling windows from DOS Sunday, August 15, 2004 at 8:40 pm Windows 98 Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Gretchen (6 messages posted) The 98 version of windows on my sons computer has been partially wipped by his father, we can not uninstall from the add/remove section. We've tried going into DOS but the computer dosen't respond to any comands we give it except for giving us a directory for drive C, Please help, he wants to be able to get on line and can't until we wipe the old system and reinstall the new.
