Disable Screen Saver Password Options

Greetings; I am looking for a "tweak" that will disable the use of the password option on the screen saver portion of the Display section of the Control Panel. While I have set up other controls to prevent usage of the machine, my stepson has found a way to keep US from accessing the machine when we need to...he merely sets up a screen saver with a password which locks the machine. The only way around it is to completely power the machine off and then logon using our individual passworks. I don't mind if he has a unique screen saver for his own profile, but I don't want him to be able to password protect it. We have a 3rd party monitoring product (KidsWatch) for general control and time allotments, but unfortunately, it doesn't have a control for this option...any suggestions...THANK YOU!!!
