But there are also many dozens of prior messages about the problem here as well. I consider AOL's own version of Netscape Communicator to be awful, wouldn't use it if AOL was a free service. If you run a search, with either spelling, the correct WAOL, or the alternate typo, you'll get hits here, but inside of AOL, on their own forums, you should find one or more FAQ's about it that are potentially the most up to date of all.
