The fact is, AOL is a garbage program. It's also unique compared to other ISP software and can be difficult, if not impossible, to troubleshoot the multitude of problems that go with it. As a previous poster said, locate an AOL support forum for help. We aren't AOL experts, or their tech support. The best choice, is to dump it for a decent ISP. That's not easy, but it can be done.
