Task Bar Location Monday, September 6, 2004 at 3:26 pm Windows 98 Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by dblbogey (3 messages posted) The task bar on a pc has somehow been moved to the top of the screen. How do you get it back to the bottom of the screen. I did search through the forum but did not see an answer to this particular problem. My aplogies if it has been addressed before.
