I have not heard of them before this. I did go on their site and still no clue as to why this stuff is showing up. I also found another item - explorer.exe. When I right click on it, under version, under company name it also shows "Ranger Technologies". I have never downloaded anything from Radar Technologies My next question...Can I safely delete these from my computer?
