Pop Up Bar/Spyware/malaware Tuesday, September 7, 2004 at 4:10 am Windows 98 Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Andy.H (21 messages posted) I recently got on the Pc to find every time i load IE page i get a annoying Large Blue Bar above the task bar.( every time i load multiple pages too). My virus checker is up to date. I have run Spybot,Adaware but still keep getting this problem. I am running Win98 SE IE5.5 Could some help me as to how to get rid of this issue.
