I forgot to mention, that name is associated with
a online shopping, that file is meant to follow you
around on the internet, it helps the re-seller in
deciding which pop-up boxes (items,) to show you.
Which ads you would most likely want to see...
We now call this Malware, that explorer sounds like
a dialer.
