well i have been playing EVERQUEST, an online mmorpg game, inwhich i started
it, and it told me to download new drivers from NIVIDA, because the game would
not run properly if i didnt. well i have done so in the past, and nothing went
wrong, but this time welll i guess im not so lucky, anyway once the download finished,
i had to restart to make the drivers effective, but once i restarted it, and windows
tried to start up i get a message "windows protection error, u need to restart windows."
also i have like 3 or 4 VxD drivers that have been missing for like 3 months. (since
i removed earthlink and switched to dsl.) i am wondering what the hell i did to
mess up my computer PLease help me.... i also ran adaware and norton antivirus
and they came up with nothing. i also went into safe mode and tried to do windows
update, although i soon found that i couldnt connect to the web, then i went into
zonealarm (free fire wall that i have been useing for eons it seems) and i got a
message stating that i need to reinstal windows, im wondering A how can i reinstall
windows from a cd when i cant get my cd drive to open in safe mode, and B how to
fix my whole problem. PLEASE HELP ME!!!
