Please do try these steps to resolve the error message related to Xmlparse.Dll: 1. Click on Start> Run 2. Type Msconfig and Enter. 3. Click on the Startup tab and uncheck all the entries listed there except Systray and Scanreg if they are listed there. 4. Now restart the computer once for the changes to take effect.
