Thanks. That did the trick. I reloaded the drivers, did a test print and all was fine. Then I tried to print from Word and Wordpad and got a cjbgmon error that did not allow the print to continue. I searched for help on the web with this error and found basically no help. Is this a Canon error message? Anyone know what it is or how to correct it? Thanks Kathy
