Try to keep an old system running like a top (for an antique, that is!) It's a real
challenge. Seriously, you'd know what makes a difference, and what doesn't. You build
systems and start from scratch. You reformat often, so your system's are already
clean. You probably have no use for registry cleaners. You don't install/uninstall
a lot of programs, so in your case they are useless. They're of no use to people
who wipe the drive regularly.
