I have a question about Stop
Windows from Detecting Devices:
On my pc Windows 98 SE stops every boot up claiming to have found new hardware,
the PCI Bus. But this is already installed and working properly. Following the dialog
boxes until I can finally resulting in a yellow question mark for Other
in the Device Manager. How can I get over this hurdle?
