I have been happy until recently. My Gold package is supposed to be for a year term. Out of the blue it keeps telling me all the extras I am supposed to get with this package can not be used, saying I must purchase the package. I have sent email after email and get no respone. I have my registration code given to me at the time of purchase, but the only time you can enter that seems to be at the moment of purchase. I think I got ripped off. I am so #&*%$! ticked. No one has a number for these scam artists, huh?
