Hi phantom,
Actually, I messed up. You don't copy the entire Windows CD to the drive, just the
CAB directory. Those are all that's needed to reinstall. So, 95's CABS contain 95's
install, and 98 Win98's installation files.
It's best to put the CABS in the root directory, rather than Windows. For example
C:\Win98SE. If you do put them in the root, you should make a modification in the
registry. That way Windows knows where to look, when you point to the CD, if you
need to extract missing files.
