I have a question about Windows says it's "Dangerously Low on System Resources":

Is 46% a typical experience others have had with windows Me or do I have a bigger problem? Does any one know? I have closed down almost every thing I can in the applications box, but I am still about 60%. Could this be why my internet is so slow too?
