Howdy,
Boy, is it ever so rare when I know a solution but to get rid of the pop up msnp
window is real easy. At least for me. I just went to Control Panel/ Network/Configuration
and the first listing was a Windows network thing that msnp is related to. I just
removed the sucker.
I tried to install norton 2005 many times this weekend and have had to re-format
3 times. I gave up and downloaded a free virus blocker. But after each re-format,
I have had a ton of these issues. I am working on the VxD and dfs.vxd now, one key
at a time.
Steve.
