Hi Everyone, I am also having this problem as well with the exact error msg on startup . I dont have the earlier version of Norton and tried installing the latest but it still didnt fix the missing file. I am also having system crashes, error msgs,invalid shortcuts and problems opening word etc. I have read this can be a symptom of registry damage due to spyware even if removed. Any help would be VERY greatfully appreciated. Thanks Maree
