Finally and thank you. I notice the dates of all your messages as 2002. Well I have
been searching about that long and just today ran across this web site. Thanks to
a reader from Smart Computing who directed me to Annoyances. Great site. I followed
directions by several of your members and have now finally gotten rid of the RNADMIN
problem. I was unable to shut down my computer. And now guess what, it shuts down
normally and sufficient speed has returned to my Win 98 puter. So if this continues
hopefully, I soon will be signing back on with a new problem. Thanks to everybody,
I feel better already. Dave
