I am not sure this is correct. I have the same problem too. I am using an ATI Alll
IN WONDER with win 98se. I have 2 default monitor listings before my correct one
in the device manager, but my display adapter is only listed once. This causes a
problem it that I cannot set the refresh rate with the correct monitor in my display
properties. I would like to use a higher refresh rate to make it easier on my eyes,
but I cannot even change this because of this problem.
