I'm having a similar problem except my computer stalls with a black screen. When
I hit reset and it goes back into start-up mode a big red box appears: NAV Auto-Protect
- Unable to determine the location of the configuration files...[Ok] at bottm left
allows me to close this window by typing "O". As the computer continues to restart
and reaches the desktop an Error Message Box appears: NAVAPW32 caused an invalid
page fault in module APWCMD.DLL at 0197:0041732b.
Once I close this box start-up completes and I can use the computer normally. However,
when I go to Start then Shut Down it freezes with a black screen. HELP!
