I also want to be able to setup a mini-isp so that my friend can connect to me through dial-up and share my ADSL connection. I don't care how slow the connection is, the main point is that I want to be able to act like an ISP and ppl can connect to me modem to modem and share my DSL net connection. Also I'm using windows XP PRO w SP1 and I have no router, the DSL modem is directly connected to my NIC
