I tried all the suggestions provided here (to rename the Applog folder, to turn the
graphic performance down to 0%, to uninstall and reinstall IE6, to run the "mcrepair.exe"
program) but nothing happened.
My browser (IE6 on Win 98 SE) gives me two errors when I try to load some web pages:
"Explorer caused an invalid page fault in module MSDXM.OCX in 0187:64b6152c" "Explorer
caused an invalid page fault in module DIMM.DLL in 0187:642039de"
I started to get this error after I installed some Windows Updates; I was able to
remove almost all of them (some language packs for asian languages, an update for
Microsoft Office 2000) but I cannot switch back from DirectX 9.0c End-User Runtime.
Is there someone who had this same problem and was able to get rid of it? Thankyou!
