Kim........try booting into "safe" mode (your computer's manual should tell you how
to do that.....usually holding down a particular key or key combination at the boot
up splash screen), to let you get to your desktop. At least then you can edit the
registry per the suggestions in the email thread, save and exit, then reboot and
hopefully you'll be back in business !.....hope that helps.
