Taskmanager keeps crashing

I'm running Windows 98SE with 128 meg of ram. I have Norton Internet Security 2003
installed as well as InCD.
All works fine....for a while. I also have GetRight 4.3 installed for downloading
files. Almost without fail, every time I use my computer, sooner or later, it hangs
up for about a minute, then suddenly the Desktop will refresh itself and all will
seem well again. However, when I check my system tray, I see that GetRight and Taskmanager
have closed.

Does anyone have ANY idea why this is happening? I've used Getright for the longest
time but never had any problems like this before. It is only since installing NIS2003
and the need to run Task manager that this crashing happens time and again.
