System Admin authorization

Windows 98 Annoyances Discussion Forum

I tried to change my user profile at one time and now the system prompts me for a password at startup which I ignore. The problem is when I try to install certain programs I have downloaded I get the error "You must be logged in as the system administrator to install this program" How do I set everything back to normal? Mike Jay
