The folders that you recommended to get rid of, my computer couldn't find even when they were done individually Taskmanager would not close "Rnaapp"; "wsup"; and "wtoolsa". Do you have any ideas with these? I ran scandisk and found no problems, still couldn't complete defragmenting past 2% and computer still runs too slow. I think my computer says that I have 2,150,961,152 space however after getting rid of the many things I could, and felt save removing, it says the "available space" is 230,023,168.
